Rebel (Pebbles) is a black and white BC, but carries the chocolate colour. Rebel was born on Mother's day, May 13th 2007, to Mallie and Sputnik. Mallie was especially happy about the whole thing, although she had trouble keeping up with the milk for what was quite a big litter.

Pebbles has a temperament very much like her father in that she is a quite homebody when she wants to be, but is also happy to go nuts chasing the other guys around the yard when she is in the mood. She also has a big spot on her neck just like her dad. At this stage her coat length and thickness is more like her mum's, which is not too long or thick, but she is a bit young to tell what her adult coat will be like.

Rebel has been tested for Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis (CL) by Allan Wilton and found to be clear of this mutation as per test report BC3732. She is also clear of Trapped Neutrophil Syndrome (TNS) by parentage. For more information, please see the Border Collie Health page.
